Vintage Black & Decker 6" Portable Grinder If I'm reading it correctly, the label says No. 4277 - Type 1 120 VDC 12 amps 4000 RPM The Grinder works well. I opened it up and cleaned some of the muck from around the top bolts. There was plenty of grease in there and the brushes look good. The cord appears to be in good shape. I didn't attempt to remove the wheel. I'll leave that to you. The Arbor appears to be 5/8". There is no trigger lock (see pic).
